    Julien came to the Pacific Northwest 25 years ago when a couple of friends asked him to come fishing in Alaska. After spending two years at sea chasing fish and catching a record breaking 129,000 lbs of salmon in one set he decided to move to Leavenworth, WA. and take up snowboarding during the day and Dj by night. His career as a Dj took him around the the US, Canada and Europe for special events and tours, eventually ending up in school for audio engineering and working in recording studios, producing local bands. Julien's love of food has helped him in the kitchen working along side many talented local chefs and his love of craft beer took him to Texas where he brought many tiny breweries to the huge Independent Brewer's Market. After 9 years managing the most successful craft beer market in Texas, Julien made his way back to Washington state.
