Celia Corbly is the rare type that was born to be a realtor. During childhood she could be found drawing floor plans of houses, building houses from Legos, or redecorating her dollhouse. Helping people find a house of their dreams is in her blood! Originally from Western Washington, Celia graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Sociology. She worked in the mortgage lending industry for over 13 years and received her real estate license in 2014. Working with mortgages and seeing homes through appraisal photos was not enough to fulfill her career aspirations. She needed to see the neighborhoods, the homes, and learn about the home buyers. This is Celia’s strength and where her passion shines. She is a straight shooter who is a client’s best advocate, tireless negotiator, professional resource to identify the best investment, expert tour guide, and will very likely become a fast friend. Each client has a unique history with different ideas of what makes a home special to them. Celia will listen and help identify what her clients are looking for and advise of the best strategy to be the winning bidder. Clients can count on receiving a white glove treatment and an abundance of technical education with their home buying or selling processes. If there is a challenge or a “can’t”, Celia will work tirelessly to find the solution, she takes great pride in achieving the impossible. In her spare time, she can be found exploring the outdoors. She loves camping, gardening, cooking, and lounging in her outdoor pool. When not outside or working, Celia and her family can be found chipping away at renovation projects around their home. With active involvement in construction, Celia is an incredible resource to identify where smart real estate decisions will help her clients build wealth over time. She has an incredibly creative eye to identify solutions or design improvements, or the value in resale vs new construction.
