Monika is a native Seattleite, with a background in the tech industry. Raised in Germany until she was 6, Monika grew up in Ballard... before it was desirable. She spent a year living in Kyoto, Japan studying the language, business, and ceramics at Kansai Gaidai University. She has traveled extensively in Europe, India, Africa, and China. Monika has a passion for real estate and deep knowledge of the area. After a 20-year career working in search, linguistics, localization for Amazon, Getty Images, and Corbis, she began investing in real estate and got hooked! Monika brings her skills as a negotiator and tenacious problem solver to real estate and will work tirelessly to achieve your goals. Her passions include yoga, hiking, and working on a school she co-founded 12 years ago in a remote area of Kenya near the Masai Mara.
