Q: Which 3 Tips Should Homebuyers Remember?

These are three basic reminders for buyers in any real estate market.

Selling a home? Get a free home value report
Buying a home? Search all homes for sale

Today I want to share three important reminders for buyers. Whether this is your first purchase or you’ve bought a home in the past, keep these in mind:

    1. Focus on what you can’t change. Don’t get hung up on what you can change about a home because you can always make those alterations later. Focus instead on the home’s location, its school district, its structural style, etc. Don’t miss an opportunity just because of bad carpet or an outdated kitchen.

It’s our job to guide you through the process and keep you informed.

    2. Don’t wait to see what the market will do. No one can predict the future. We brokers have a lot of data that can help you with some trends, but you need to make decisions based on your goals a ...

    CHOOSING THE RIGHT AGENT

With so many agents vying for your attention, how do you choose the one that’s right for you? Every Door Broker Jarrett Coulson offers four main things to consider.

    1. Personality. Your agent should be someone you feel comfortable being around.
    2. Plan. Your agent should do more than stick a “For Sale” sign in your yard. They should have a strategy for online marketing, photography, and more.
    3. Property valuation and negotiation. Your agent should have a track record of high-level negotiations and accurate valuations.
    4. Price. “Beware of the agent that promises you the highest sales price and the lowest commiss ...

Q: How Do I Choose the Right Listing Agent?

These four tips will help you choose the right agent to sell your home.

Selling a home? Get a free home value report
Buying a home? Search all homes for sale

Selling your home is a major life event, so having the right real estate agent is crucial. There are many factors to consider, but today I’m focusing on the four main areas that will help you differentiate one agent from the next:

    1. Personality fit. If you don’t connect well with your agent, you’re not going to have a good working relationship. Make sure your communication styles match up, you feel heard, you feel good about the process, and they know what’s important to you.

    2. Marketing and sales plan. Most agents will put a “For Sale” sign in your yard, put your home on the MLS, then sit back and wait for calls to come in about the property. This is not an effective strategy for getting top dollar in this market. The basics of a sales and mark ...

Why I Chose To Work With Every Door Real Estate

Here’s how Janine Rasey was able to completely turn her career around.

Selling a home? Get a free home value report
Buying a home? Search all homes for sale

Before making the transition to Every Door Real Estate, Janine Rasey hung her license at a large-scale brokerage while also working a part-time job to keep herself afloat. After two years of not living up to her full potential, she had to make a change.

After her switch, Janine doubled her business in six months and was able to walk away from her part-time job forever. She knew she had the right personality and passion for real estate; she just needed more structure and opportunities.

“I’ve never worked in such a supported environment. At any given hour of the day, I am able to get my questions answered in a matter of seconds,” said Janine.

Our operations team makes transactions streamlined and organized.
