3 Questions To Ask When Vetting a Real Estate Agent

Here’s what you need to know about vetting potential real estate agents.

What should you look for in a real estate agent? Not every agent is created equal, and the value a good Realtor can bring to your transaction is massive. Here are three things you should look for when vetting your next real estate agent:

1. Are they full-time or part-time? There’s nothing wrong with doing real estate part-time as a side hustle; however, a full-time agent is likely more plugged into the market and can better serve your needs.

2. Do they have a track record of success? The more successful transactions an agent has under their belt, the more you can trust that they’ll do the same for you. This isn’t to say all new agents don’t know what they’re doing, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

3. Do they have good references? Quality reviews and high praise should be easy to find before you hire someone to be your agent.

The truth is that a good agent is worth their weight in gold. Call or email us if you have questions about this topic or anything else. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
