Mountlake Terrace: Your Gateway to PNW Beauty

Experience the allure of Mountlake Terrace, a thriving community.

If you were to drive two exits north of Seattle, you would find yourself in a pretty special place. It’s called Mountlake Terrace, and we’re delighted to share it with you today.

What makes Mountlake Terrace so special? It’s home to Lake Ballenger and has nine parks totaling 293 acres. There’s a new airport at Paine Field, and current plans are for the light rail to extend all the way there.

In four square miles, there’s a population of 24,000, which is anticipated to grow by 13,000 in the next twenty years. For my family, this was a key signal that Mountlake Terrace was a great place to invest. With a median income of $88,000 and the median value of an owner-occupied home at $450,000, you can see why there is great potential for this area.

Mountlake Terrace is home to 552 businesses, with standouts like Diamond Knot and Hemlock Brewery being some of my favorites. It’s a very active community, with gatherings held frequently for major holidays and local festivals.

I have volunteered extensively in Mountlake Terrace, and that has prepared me to be an excellent resource for those looking to invest in this special area. If you have any questions about buying or selling in Mountlake Terrace or real estate in general, please contact me by phone or email. I would be delighted to help you.
